SHIPPING & RETURNS

For modification of an order is to add as much entiente cancel any item included in your order. These amendments shall be allowed if your order has been sent.

In case you want to modify / cancel your order, please contact us and we will inform the state of that and the possibility to cancel it.

According to the Spanish trade law, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 days after purchase.

If you return an item, please note the following:

    * Return the product in perfect condition with original packaging and labeling.
    * The undergarments, for obvious reasons of hygiene, can not be returned if the garment are matched on model, size and color with the one you requested.
    * The only exception to admit to the above rule is that the article is flawed.

To proceed to return the product, do the following:

If the cause is attributed to us (defects, errors in shipping, etc) will give instructions to proceed with the return and recover the amount of the product and shipping.

If the cause is not none of the above and decide to return the product within 7 days, the postage will be for your account and will refund only the amount of product in the form we agree

No refunds will admit reported after 7 days of receiving the product.

The shipping methods are available for Spain are:

    * Certified mail: If your order exceeds € 70 shipping will be free. If you do not exceed the cost is € 3.95 for all Spain and estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 days (according to post 86% of the shipments are delivered within 3 days).
    * Nacex: fixed price of 8 € per shipment, delivery to hand over a period of 24 to 48 hours if you make your purchase before 17:00 hours. If your purchase is after the delivery period is 36 to 48 hours:

The Shipping outside Spain are done via post (license package). The cost is 5,95 € for EU countries and 7,00 € for other countries. For both destinations, the shipping is free from a purchase of 200 €.

All purchases are shipped no later than 48 hours after receiving your order.
